Upon my arrival , I met Francisco Hilario, hotel rooms and food manager, showed me hotel, and where i could eat and drink ! He was so helpful with everything, and was always there?? ( I think he lives in hotel ) Also my room was spectacular and my maid Rufina Rodriguez was the greatest always smiling , and helpful. Also front door attendant Adolfo Mones Mata was very very helpful with restaurants, shopping , golf ect.
