"Spring Break"
We truly enjoyed our stay here! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and the location is right in the heart of Pigeon Forge. We were able to walk to many areas and it was perfect weather for it!!!

We loved our stay! The staff was very friendly and our room was very clean. The beds was comfortable to sleep on, not the hard ones in moat hotels. Great location. And we never get the breakfast at the hotels when we stay at them because it's never good but this hotel had a wonderful breakfast. My kids enjoyed the waffles they tasted great looked like bears witch the kids like the most. Over all wonderful stay and will return to this hotel!

My family visits the Great Smokey Mountains quite a bit & Baymont inn & Suits is our first choice for a hotel. It's reasonably priced, clean, friendly staff & a GREAT location! Plus is you are visiting in the colder months there is a indoor heated pool. It's kinda small but it is pretty warm & very clean. They also have towels in case you forget yours!

can't put my finger on the problem but the breakfast is not edible or drinkable, all the times I've stayed here we keep going down for breakfast but throw it out and decide to go local to eat,...good luck with breakfast. great service/location
"Good location"
We stayed for a long weekend and mostly just slept there. The room was alright, a little small and cramped, but ok. I'm glad that we didn't stay any longer than we did as my back was hurting from the bed when we left.

The staff were nice and friendly and our room was very clean and you can't beat the location! We went down for breakfast on Saturday morning about 8:00 and there was nothing left but that's was really the only thing we can say that was disappointing. We just went to Mel's across the street instead and it was wonderful. And I like the fact that this hotel was accommodating to dogs! Thank you for a great stay!

We always stay at the Baymont Inn & Suites when visiting Pigeon Forge because the are pet friendly, very clean, and a great value along with friendly, helpful staff.
"We did not get what we booked."
I booked through booking.com. I booked a king bed with a spa tub in the bathroom. When we checked in, I saw it was a regular tub. I took the confirmation to the front desk and was told "we don't have rooms with spa tubs". I probably would not have booked with them if I had known that.

Great place to stay but did not like having to walk in the cold to get to my room after leaving indoor pool.

We loved our 3 night stay here with our husky, the fact that there was no weight restriction and that it was only 10$ a night for our dog to stay was awesome. The hotel gave us a room away from others so we wouldn't be in anyone's way with our dog. The room was comfortable and perfect. The pool is also great! I would definitely recommend this hotel for a trip, especially if traveling with your pooch! :)
