I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is great, directly across from the Broadway area which offers plenty of shops, restaurants, and activities. The staff was great, I asked about some locations and an event I was going to attend. They gave me the low-down on traffic and recommended routes. The breakfast was better than the other Fairfield Inn's I have stayed at, overall, a pleasant experience.

This is a great location in Myrtle Beach, clean affordable rooms right next to Broadway at the beach, walkable to the newly opened Top Golf. Morning breakfast provided. The staff is great from top to bottom, making you feel like family when you walk in the front door.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn for the final leg of our "evacuation" during Hurricane Florence and we were absolutely thrilled with the cleanliness of the hotel, professionalism of the staff, as well as the great location near Broadway on the Beach and great breakfast items. I would like to specifically recognize one of the best desk personnel staff that I have ever encountered in Ms. Anna Rogers at this hotel. Ms. Rogers was indeed the entire professional package that ANY 5 star hotel would want on their staff. Her engaging personality, great professionalism, ability to answer any and ALL inquiries, and charming demeanor with loads of guests demanding her attention was totally top notch and spectacular. Thank you Anna for being our "beacon in the storm" and we will return soon under better circumstances for sure. Overall this is a 5 star hotel with 10 star employees who were absolutely the best taking care of "guests without a home" due to the hurricane from all over the eastern seaboard and beyond.
