    "Great Resort"
    This is not peak season but this is a great resort. There are onsite restaurants, golf hall of fame museum, IMAX, and two golf courses to play on. Staff is friendly. Peak season is around Christmas time according to the staff at the museum. I think this is a great place to get away and just have fun. Of course that have a Spa and Starbucks on site. Great place as a backdrop for Weddings!! They should if they have not already think about attracting weddings during off peak times....catering ...etc packages.....

    We stayed at the Renaissance with friends this past February. It was just off the interstate. When we arrived I loved the flavored water in the lobby. It was just a quick drive into downtown St. Augustine. They offer a shuttle, but we chose to drive. There was plenty of parking downtown, The room smelled very clean. It also had a good breakfast.

    we stayed at renaissance last weekend on out 44th anniversary.everything was excellent.mark ,the head bellman went out of his way to assist us in every way.we used the golf cart and shuttle service to get around the village. hall of fame was excellent ,the slammer and squire golf course met all our expectations.the food at the hotel and the caddy shack rest were super. what a nice weekend getaway

    The Best Easter Brunch ever !!! Our 8 family members enjoyed great food , Awesome service & amazing saxophone music!!! Will so be back!!!!! So many people laughing and being so grateful ! The Resort was clean and so beautiful !

    Amazing hotel. Our room was beautiful over looking one of the golf course holes. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant and lobby bar. Short driving distance to the Golf Hall of Fame and 25 minutes to downtown St. Augustine.

    Just wanted to let you know what a great hotel this is! We were in St. Augustine for Easter Weekend. The hotel isn't the only thing happening. It's next to Murray Brothers Caddy Shack's Restaurant, The World Golf Hall of fame and just a beautiful view. The Hall was great! Hanna at the golf hole Challenge was so much fun and Jesper and Jordan at The World Golf Hall of Fame were nice and informative. Joy was a complete joy as she checked us in at the hotel. All in all, a great experience for my first time at this resort.

    Booked a room here after driving through excruciating I95 traffic all day and being tired. Wow! Beautiful hotel surrounded by golf courses! The staff was phenomenal and our room was perfect! Quick overnight stay and then back on the road!

    This hotel is more than a golf resort. Really enjoyed networking event hosted at this property. The staff was awesome, the food was amazing and the views were breath taking. If golf is not your thing not far from the beaches and the Old Town St. Augustine area.
    "Perfect for all-in-one business"
    I stayed here for a series of meetings and found this hotel to be above average for everything I could possibly think of. I had a double room on a higher floor that overlooked the pool and golf course area in the distance. Even though this Marriott is right off of the interstate, it feels like a world away because of the beautiful grounds. You are also a couple of exits from Saint Augustine, an added bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again.
    "Great Resort; Great Golf; Great Experience!"
    Our West Point Class of 1962 (40) joined other ten other classes and spent five exceptional days of camaraderie, golf, history and excellent food and service. The Renaissance and the two courses, Slammer & Squire and King & Bear, worked overtime during a rainy week to make our experience first class. Of course there is the extraordinary World Golf Hall of Fame to occupy your off time and shopping and history in nearby St. Augustine. This report is colored by the fact that the Class of 1962 also won the Class Championship over ten other competing West Point Classes! We're booked for next year! You should book, too, and come watch us play! It's worth the trip and you'll have a great time!

    Great location for our company sales meeting w/golf. Rooms, service and golf were all exceptional! Of particular help was the bell stand service. Shawn did an outstanding job of handling the transportation to & from restaurants for three evenings. Getting our group of ten back & forth on-time was handled perfectly!

    Stayed at this property for a a 3 day conference. Found hotel to be extremely well appointed and staff is ultra attentive to your every need. Not at that far (approx. 45 minutes drive) from Jacksonville International Airport. Excellent location for a golf outing/vacation
    "Outstanding Staff. Shawn Wood, our bellman, ROCKED!"
    Property was lovely, and yes the clock was difficult to read & the channel listing was one off (see mitchrapp47's review) but these items were not tragic in our opinion. We enjoyed an outstanding 5 night visit. The property was spotless, including all the grounds which were enjoyed during morning walks. The courtyard around the pool was very inviting to sit & enjoy a beverage. But of everything that added to our visit was our evening bellman, Shawn Wood. Not only did he acknowledge & remember us evening to evening, his recommendations were spot on. Thanks to him we had a wonderful dinner bayside on our last evening in town. Thanks Shawn!

    "Gymnastics Competition"
    My daughter was here for a gymnastics competition at the hotel. Check in was easy and fast. The staff was very professional and nice. The gentleman that checked us in made sure we knew were everything was in the hotel. The room was clean and nice but a little small. We asked for a room with a view but ended up in a room with a view of the roof top. We also noticed as we about ready to go to bed that the end part of our blankets that were tucked under the mattress looked like a dog got a hold of them and just shredded the bottom of the blankets. We also had a slight issue with the sink faucet in our bathroom. As my daughter went to wash her hands, the faucet handle just fell right off. If was super late at night so we didn't want a repair guy in our room so we just told the front desk at check out. We just ended up just using the sink at the wet bar that was in the room. The restaurant in the hotel is super expensive! I'm glad we brought stuff for breakfast to eat in our room. There was some kind of party going to while we were there so the hotel was crazy busy.
