It took me six months to find the perfect place for our family trip. The suites were awesome....full-size kitchen; comfortable queen-size beds and free Wi-Fi. The breakfast was very good and it saved us lots of money on food. This breakfast was not continental, but a good, hot breakfast to get you going each day. And, when we returned from our daily outings, there was an hour of snacks and a couple of drinks for everyone...beer and wine for adults and pop for kids. We will be back for sure!

"Very Good"
We were moved to these suites from a sub standard hotel. What a difference . The suite was large and very clean. The beds are really comfortable. The staff are very helpful and nothing is too much bother. There is a free breakfast here which is ok and will give a start to the day. The hotel is quiet, we never heard any noise at all. There is a laundry room on the 4th floor which is great. (stock up on quarters from the reception desk) This place is close to International Drive but away from the hustle and bustle. Sea World, Aquatica, Universal and Wet and Wild are all in easy reach. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet location.
"Cute & Quaint"
We went to some of the parks for our anniversary. The hotel was not only minutes from them but it was also in walking distance or short drive to museums & activities as well as great restaurants. We had easy access to our room, it was quiet, comfortable, quaint, clean, & a great rate.

We stay here every year for the same date to visit the theme parks and assist to the rock the universe concerts. We continue to stay at this hotel for such friendly staff, convenient location and great property. Very satisfied with our stay each time. Thanks.

It was a summer vacation that was very much needed and I hope to do this again in the future with more family and friends. I hope to have a longer summer vacation stay in Florida. The days went way to fast but like I said I hope to do this again in the future.

Nice place to stay. Very near in Universal Studio. The room is good enough for 6 family. Their services is average. What i like the room is they have kitchenette wherein we can cook. Their breakfast is also great.

A very comfortable and friendly ambiance. The staff from dan, Marian, Francisca, victor, eyden All very courteous. The pool area, BBQ, and basketball court are kept in excellent conditions. We will return
"Very Good"
The location is good, next to a variety of stores. It is close to Sea World and Universal. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the only thing I think needs a little more variety is the breakfast.
"The Best Place to Stay in Orlando!"
We rented seven suites for our family of 32!! It took me six months to find the perfect place for our family trip. The suites were awesome....full-size kitchen; comfortable queen-size beds and free Wi-Fi. The breakfast was very good and it saved us lots of money on food. This breakfast was not continental, but a good, hot breakfast to get you going each day. And, when we returned from our daily outings, there was an hour of snacks and a couple of drinks for everyone...beer and wine for adults and pop for kids. Everyone loved the pool and we used it very day. The location to Universal Studios and Magic Kingdom was great. We did take the free shuttle the first day, but it takes forever, as it stops at other hotels. We drove ourselves on the rest of the days. The hotel also has free parking. On the last day of our vacation, we had a pizza party at the hotel. We were able to use one of the conference rooms. It was the perfect place for our large family to enjoy this one-in-a lifetime trip! The entire staff was very gracious and accommodating. I recommend them all the time now and we would definitely stay there again! Thank you StaySky Suites!
"Big room, Small price"
My teenage sons and I spent two nights here to do Universal Studios. Our room was huge with a kitchen, spacious living room with a pull out couch, dining area, bathroom, and large bedroom. It was clean, odor free, and a pleasant surprise. Our hairdryer was broken but promptly replaced when reported. Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned because we had a do not disturb sign on the door from 3:30-5:30pm and missed the maid. We were given new towels however when I called the front desk. Dan, the Hotel Manager was extremely nice and professional and tried his best to accommodate our needs. The breakfast was limited but decent, and free. The location is perfect. If heading back from Universal DO NOT take I-4 as there are no exit ramps for miles. We were stuck in traffic for 40mins for nothing and traveled far past our hotel. Take Universal Blvd. to Sandlake, which also alleviates the awkward left across busy traffic onto Canada.
"Spacious suites, in a great location, for an excellent value!"
The staff were friendly and took care of our room every morning. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the Buffett breakfast and the pool area. This location is perfect for those going to the theme parks!

Stayed 4 days with my family. Hotel met our needs. Room was a Suite with 2 queen beds. Room was comfortable but could have used a little more attention from Maintenance dept. Hot breakfast was average. Front desk staff was responsive and friendly. Close to attractions And International drive

I am a working mother who supports 2 children and wanted to have a vacation away from New York. My priorities were to visit parks, in reality we were only going to be spending few time in the hotel. Overall the hotel was worth what you pay for. Perfect location from all the good parks such as Universal Studios and Disney World. The free shuttle bus was great although it took some time to arrive and return from parks. Staff was friendly and helpful from breakfast to cleanup to the lobby. During our stay at night there was an accident in our room and the staff took responsibility of the situation and moved us to a better room in about 5 minutes (one with extra bed :)) Complimentary breakfast satisfied hunger although not many options. When we returned from a tired days worth of parks we came back to a flawlessly cleaned room (no stolen or violated items). Other then this the whole community was generous and welcoming. I would recommend you visit this hotel if your looking to go to parks or even if you just want to relax.

"Good, friendly but dated"
We stayed in a two bedroom suite (My 3 teenagers, my wife and me). There was plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. The staff was very friendly. The Wifi was very stable and fast. The breakfast was fine. The only downside is that the accommodations are a little date. You get good value for the money. Would stay again if in the region.

Very friendly staff, conveniently located, and affordable. I stayed with my wife and three children. The complimentary breakfast was good for the children. It needs better options for the children because with three kids they need to have fun and be entretained

"Great Improvement"
We stayed at this location a month ago and the experience was not very good. Rafael, the manager was amazing though. He switched rooms for us and gave us a 2 night complimentary comeback stay. Well, we took him up on the offer and just got back from our stay. All I can say is AMAZING IMPROVEMENT!! We arrived early in the day and our room was not ready for us. Not to worry, Rafael loaded our luggage on a rack and moved it to a safe location. When we returned from Universal later that evening we found our room ready and all of our cold food from the cooler was placed in the refrigerator. Now that is service!! The room was totally redone and brand new. The front desk staff of Marian and Rafael, the manager were very professional and accommodating. Through his willingness to work with us and promising a better stay, Rafael has a made a loyal guest of our family. I will make this our go-to hotel from now on as we are Universal season pass holders. As a business owner, I was very impressed with the management and staff. I guess I've made that abundantly clear... Great job!

Was a good experience, with good customer service and very nice rooms with a kitchen and a dishwasher for your convenience. Good place for family, they have a game room and a swimming pool too. very friendly staff especially the head of kitchen.
"Great value, very comfortable"
We loved having a bedroom suite. 3 of us were traveling and though the bedroom was small it was very comfortable. The beds were fairly new, and it was clean.The pool was great to relax in the evenings. The breakfasts were hot and had predicable variety, and no need to hunt out yet another restaurant for an over priced meal. The hotel was close to Universal studios and many places to shop or eat. Right off of International drive. I would definitely go back to this hotel when in Orlando. And best of all, we felt like the only ones in the hotel, there was never any outside room noise or running feet overhead and the hotel was full at the time we were there, that in of of itself is pretty amazing.
"Nice hotel, very quiet place, friendly staff"
My husband and I stayed 4 days and 3 nights at this hotel and found it to be very clean and very quiet. All ammenties were nice and a hot breakfast was served every morning. Dan (desk clerk) was very helpful in finding good restaurants and providing directions to same and to the various attractions. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels, washcloths, and soap provided. The bed was king sized and very comfortable. A/C worked fine, plenty of hot water, however, water pressure was almost non-existent. I would consider staying here again if visiting Orlando.

Room was awesome! Clean, comfortable, and cool! Bathroom was clean and modern. Bed was great. The staff was always willing to help with anything we needed. They even gave us a late check-out. Breakfast had lots of choices and was well done. I would highly recommend staying here!
"The Perfect Hotel"
My husband and I stayed for 4 days at the end of June/beginning of July. We have stayed at countless hotels over the years and this was definitely Number 1! We absolutely loved StaySky! Besides having a friendly staff, the room was beautiful.. it was quiet and so clean! (Two things that I worry about whenever we book a room.) The bed was super comfortable.. spacious bathroom, kitchen, living room.. Great location, beautiful landscaping and pool area. In all, the hotel was wonderful and more than we could have hoped for and we will definitely be letting all our friends know to stay at StaySky when they visit Orlando! Thank you for running a fabulous hotel!!
"So glad we chose to stay here"
We stayed here the first week of June and cannot recommend it highly enough. We are a family of 6 and booked 3 rooms. On the day of arrival our son was sick and Dan and Rafael could not have done more to help us, including moving our sons to a room closer to ours. The suites were a great size and the beds were very comfortable. It was handy to have a full sized fridge and cooking facilities (although we ate out every night at several of the restaurants an easy 5 minute walk away on I Drive). The free breakfast met all our requirements - at the very least you could have a bowl of cereal, toast and a coffee before heading out for the day and the happy hour every afternoon was a nice bonus. The pool area was always well maintained and we never had trouble getting a table and chairs. I'd done hours of research before booking our accommodation and have to say I am so grateful that I chose here, the cleanliness, comfort and most importantly, fantastic customer service want a long way to making our holiday such an enjoyable one. P.S. Book directly through the hotels website for the best, great value rates!
"Excellent service at an affordable price"
Good hot breakfast each morning, excellent service in the rooms, clean towels and beds with clean sheets everyday and friendly staff and directed to the service. I would definitely stay in Staysky Suites again.
